  • Praxisnahe Kenntnisse von PV-Prozessen und -Konzepten, einschließlich nationaler, europäischer und globaler Richtlinien, Verordnungen und Leitlinien (ICH, GVP, GCP usw.) ermöglichen dir einen reibungslosen Start.
  • Mit deinem Ehrgeiz, dich über neue Entwicklungen im Bereich der Pharmakovigilanz auf dem Laufenden zu halten, hältst du gleichzeitig dich – und uns – auf Kurs.
  • Du bist in der Lage, geltende Gesetze in Lichtgeschwindigkeit in unsere Prozesse und Strategien und in die unserer Kunden zu implementieren.
  • Dein medizinisches Wissen transportiert dich in eine Position, in der du weißt, wie du mit Nebenwirkungen und medizinischen Anfragen umzugehen hast.
  • Du willst im Bereich Medical Affairs arbeiten und fühlst dich nicht wie ein Außerirdischer, wenn du mit Akteuren aus der Medizinbranche zu tun hast.
  • Dein Organisationstalent und deine Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten sind fast nicht von dieser Welt.
  • Deine Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift) ermöglichen dir eine effektive Kommunikation mit unserem Team und unseren Kunden.


DEINE AUFGABEN

DEINE MISSION: 

  • Der Aufbau von Systemen und Prozessen, die es unseren Kunden ermöglichen, effektive PV-Aktivitäten durchzuführen, gehört ebenso zu deiner Mission wie die Überwachung der Performance und Konformität von PV-Systemen.
  • Du leitest, koordinierst und unterstützt PV-Audits und -Inspektionen.
  • Medical Writing gibt dir nicht das Gefühl, von einem anderen Stern zu sein, was es dir ermöglicht, PV-Dokumente über den gesamten Lebenszyklus der Produkte unserer Kunden zu gestalten.
  • Aufgaben wie Medical Literature Monitoring, Signalmanagement, ICSR Management und SUSAR Management sind für dich keine unbekannten Objekte – oder du bist bereit, dich in diesen Sphären weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Du bist mit dem Kosmos von Qualitätsmanagementsystemen in der Pharmakovigilanz und der Verwaltung von Standardarbeitsanweisungen (SOPs) vertraut und kümmerst dich auch um diese.

YOUR EQUIPMENT FOR THIS JOURNEY:


  • Practical knowledge of PV processes and concepts, including national, European, and global directives, regulations, and guidelines (ICH, GVP, GCP, etc.) allows you a smooth launch.  
  • Your dedication to keep up to date with new developments in the field of pharmacovigilance keeps you – and us – on course.
  • You possess the ability to implement applicable laws into our and our customers’ processes and policies at lightspeed.
  • Your medical knowledge transports you to a place where you know how to deal with adverse drug reactions and medical enquiries.
  • You want to work in the field of medical affairs and don’t feel like an alien when engaging with players within the medical community.
  • Your organization talent and time management skills are almost out of this world.
  • A proficiency in English and German (written and spoken alike) allows you to effectively communicate with our team and customers.
YOUR TASKS

YOUR ONGOING MISSION:


  • Building systems and processes that allow our clients to run effective PV activities is part of your mission as well as monitoring the performance and compliance of PV systems.
  • You lead, coordinate, and support PV audits and inspections.
  • Medical Writing doesn’t make you feel like you’re from a different planet, allowing you to preparing PV documents through the entire lifecycle of our customers’ products.
  • Tasks like Medical Literature Monitoring, Signal Management, ICSR Management, and SUSAR Management aren’t unidentified objects to you – or you are ready for further development in any of these spheres.
  • You’re familiar with the universe of Quality Management Systems in PV and managing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and take care of them, as well.
