Was uns gleich ins Auge springt:

Mindestens ein Bachelor-Abschluss oder eine gleichwertige Berufserfahrung bilden dein Sprungbrett.
Mit mindestens 3-5 Jahren Erfahrung im Bereich Procurement, Supply Chain oder Consulting springst du hier nicht ins kalte Wasser.
Bei Methoden und Konzepten im Bereich Procurement und Supply Chain lässt du dir nicht so leicht das Fell abziehen – und du bist in der Lage, sie in Strategien zu übersetzen und umzusetzen.
Du bist ein Fuchs, wenn es um Stakeholder-, Beziehungs- und Lieferantenmanagement geht.
Anstatt anderen an die Kehle zu springen, setzt du deine Qualitäten als Teamplayer ein, konzentrierst dich auf Verbesserungen, bist stark ergebnisorientiert und verfügst über hervorragende schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
Du gehst clever an die Lösung von Problemen und Konflikten heran.
Du verfügst über ausgefuchste analytische Fähigkeiten.

DEINE AUFGABEN

Womit du sofort einen satz machst:

In der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, auch auf Management Ebene, bist du gerissen wie ein Fuchs, wenn es darum geht, Einkaufs- und Supply Chain Projekte durchzuführen und eine konsistente Ergebniserzielung zu gewährleisten.
Du setzt direkt zum Sprung an und kümmerst dich um die Entwicklung von Operating Model, Kosten- und Produktivitätsoptimierung sowie Procurement-Transformationen.
Indem du immer auf der Jagd nach herausragenden Ergebnissen bist, gestaltest du die Prozesse unserer Kunden einfach, skalierbar und kosteneffizient.
Die Fähigkeit, Erkenntnisse auf die Situation eines Kunden anzuwenden, um eine spürbare Wirkung zu erzielen, gehört zu deinen Tricks.
Du passt dich wie ein alter Fuchs an unterschiedlichen Unternehmenskulturen und Organisationsstrukturen unserer Kunden an.
Mit deinem Ehrgeiz hilfst du der Procurement-Practice dabei, einen Sprung nach vorne zu machen, sowohl was interne Innovation als auch Partner im Ökosystem angeht, um einen Mehrwert für unsere Kunden zu schaffen.

YOUR PROFILE

How you’ll cause a spring in our step:

At minimum a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent work experience build your springboard.
With at least of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or consulting, you don’t have to take a leap in the dark in these areas.
You do know how to make head or tail out of procurement and supply chain methodologies and concepts, and are able to translate them into strategy and implementation.
You are a fox when it comes to stakeholder, relationship, and supplier management alike.
Instead of jumping down other peoples’ throats, you use your team player qualities, a focus on improvement, a strong drive for results, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
You are crafty in problem solving and conflict resolution.
Your analytical skills aren’t easily outfoxed.

YOUR TASKS

How you’ll jump right in:

You leap right at working with customers, including senior level stakeholders, to execute procurement and supply chain projects and to ensure a consistent delivery.
You’ve had more than a brief brush with operating model design, cost & productivity optimization, and procurement transformations.
By always being on the hunt for outstanding results, you make our clients’ processes simple, scalable, and cost efficient.
The ability to apply insights to a customer’s situation for meaningful impact is part of your tricks.
You easily bounce to adapt to the varied corporate cultures and organizational structures of our customers.
With your ambition, you help the procurement practice to leap forward, both when it comes to internal innovation and ecosystem partners alike, in order to drive incremental value for clients.
